What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We had a miscommunication around the location of the property and found ourselves 11 miles from Omagh town to hotel. However, one phone call to hotel and all systems swung into operation. We had a car from the hotel meet us and bring us to the hotel. Staff could not be more accommodating. Nothing was a problem or an inconvenience.
Food was delicious and catered for coeliacs (gluten intolerance)
Room newly refurbed, very spacious, warm, very clean.

What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Location is a bit too far from Omagh town center. We were travelling by Expressway from Dublin to Omagh and didn't realise that Canavan's was 11 miles from town.
I appreciate that refurb had just taken place in the bedroom-would have liked contact with reception-no phone in room.
