What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Lovely room, very well furnished, plenty of room for us both. Really convenient location. I had to change our booking to allow for a change to our travel plans and some of the details got lost when we re-booked. We really needed a twin room but that hadn't been communicated. The manager was so kind sorting it out for us and we really appreciated how he managed to do it and so quickly too. Beds were comfy (we do like a firm mattress so all good there), loads of hot water in the bathroom, tea/coffee and a kettle in the room, really lovely dinner in the comfortable and well-presented dining room. Its the second time my mum has ordered the salmon and she had absolutely no complaints, very delicious. All the staff were very friendly and chatty, everyone very welcoming.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Beds are a little high up. Shower was very powerful (lovely!) but water drenched the outside of the bath no matter how I tried to direct the shower head. The screen couldn't contain it and I had to use a towel to mop up as worried about mum slipping. Pretty minor complaints all in all, overall we had a lovely stay that nicely broke up our journey to Belfast and the ferry.
